The place feels dated. there's no TV or fridge in the rooms, and the bed can be an uncomfortable experience, with squeaks interrupting any potential sleep. The bathrooms are shared and can get a bit annoying if someone else occupies your designated one. The breakfast selection could use more variety—what you see on day one is pretty much what you get every morning, which can get tedious. Plus, the view from some rooms is limited, as windows are set high due to neighboring buildings, leaving you staring at rooftops instead of a picturesque Venetian vista. If you're sensitive to noise, the early morning boat commotion might be a nuisance, disrupting any hope of a restful slumber.

The breakfast was included and tasted great!
I was incredibly frustrated with the heating system. it was absurdly too hot in the room. The fact that the heating wouldn't stop was unacceptable, especially when mosquitoes were a constant annoyance when I tried to open the window. the bed was uncomfortable and squeaked terribly, ruining any chance of a restful sleep.

A Pleasant Stay with Convenient Amenities
Enjoyed my stay with a canal view room! The breakfast options were fresh and satisfying. Loved the nearby supermarket for late-night snacks, and the kindness of the staff made my visit memorable. Pro tip, use the elevator early to avoid delays during peak times.

I stayed at Casa Sant'Andrea for two nights and had mixed feelings. The location near the ferry stop was really convenient, making it easy to navigate Venice. I loved the charm of the old building, but the ambiance was disrupted by the constant noise from the nearby ferries, starting at dawn. The room featured a bed that unfortunately was quite uncomfortable, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom lacked a key for privacy, which felt quite awkward during my stay. Despite reaching out to the reception several times, I never received a key. Breakfast was basic. it didn’t vary over the days, which was a bit disappointing. there was a supermarket nearby, and the overall cleanliness of the space was commendable. The staff were generally accommodating, but they could have been more proactive in addressing the noise and comfort issues.

Group good location but no frills
The stay was smooth with a staff that was really helpful and friendly they even kept our luggage for us after checking out. The breakfast was basic but better than expected with good pastries and some meats
It wasn't budget-friendly but fair for what we got.

It was just a commendable fit for a short stay in Venice with very good value for money. The staff were really accommodating and spoke great English, making communication easy. Be ready for some tight spaces, especially in the shower.

I had a proper boss time staying here! The staff were dead sound, super friendly and helpful. The location was spot on, just a short walk from the train station and vaporetto stops. Only downside, the bed was a bit stiff for my liking. But overall, great experience!
